Unique Design:
Zing lockout stations can hold two locks per hook, providing efficient storage. Padlocks can also be locked to the hooks for extra security.
Hooks can store both 1.5’’ and 3’’ shackle padlocks.
Stations come in a variety of formats, from 3 padlocks to 28, with space for hasps, cables, ties, and tags.
Stations can be ordered stocked or unstocked.

Product Description
The Zing RecycLockout 8-padlock lockout station is a recycled polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PETG) wall-mounted lockout/tagout supply center with the capacity to hold 16 safety padlocks, four lockout hasps, and 10 safety tags with ties (sold separately). The 0.15" thick recycled PETG board is impact resistant, yellow and red for high visibility, and has four holes for mounting on a wall (mounting hardware sold separately). This station is part of a lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedure required at facilities where devices and energy sources need multiple-person authorization to be accessed safely during maintenance and repair. The lockout station helps standardize LOTO devices by providing organized and convenient access to the necessary type and amount of lockout devices for each energy source requiring lockout. This station's hooks are shaped like padlock eyes with holes wide enough for two padlock shackles or hasps each, and are spaced to accommodate up to 3" shackle length padlocks. The station measures 15 x 15 x 1.75 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) Lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedures require that lockout devices meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 1910.147(c)(5) standards for quality assurance. LOTO devices use color, warning labels or tags, and sometimes a physical barrier to help prevent machine operation or power activation during maintenance and repair. Zing Green Products manufactures environmental signs and safety equipment from recycled materials. The company, founded in 2007, is headquartered in Oswego, IL.
